Shrimp peeling is an art that has been mastered and developed over the years. Our team has a great experience which allows us not to lose the taste of the product after peeling and to keep the freshness of the product. Each step of our service is flexible and adapts to the needs of our customers.

Maintaining quality

Conservation of the product is also an important step in order to keep it fresh. According to our clients need, several brining technics. The product is then packed and stored until it is shipped back to the customer.

RECEPTION

The goods are received at one of our docks which from there follows its own circuit. Our unit is designed in such a way that the different production paths never cross.

COLD STORAGE

WE HAVE A LARGE CAPACITY OF COLD STORAGE IN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE COLD ROOMS, USED ACCORDING TO THE PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST.
